Long waiting, and received wrong order after spending 20 min wait. I have Order Italian herb and cheese bread received normal bread . Also missing Cheese inside. I had no time to go back to store and mention to staff as I already use my lunch break time in waiting. Not happy with service that recieved today .
Was waiting patiently in line and the employee served the gentleman behind me instead.
Very poor experience at Subway. I ordered a veggie patty wrap with multiple sauces and asked for it to be grilled, but it was not grilled and no sauces were added. Have been a customer since 14+ years Today got served this subway for my lunch. Wasn’t really happy as the whole thing was falling apart upon opening . Neither cut 2.(half) Went back to the counter and was told that thats the way they know to make. Cant do anything.. lol Really surprised how people get away by telling this. @ franchise business. No sorry no attention to customer for the feedback Worst experience ever
Had a great subway experience today. Thank you Sean for your fantastic customer service! Only had to say our orders once and he was locked in. Never had a more well constructed sandwich. Cheers
