I order 10 sub yesterday and worth of 135$ and the sub was garbage then i returned 2&half. I showed them the sub and agreed on give me refund of 2& half sub and then she asked the owner for full refund after that we were in rush so they told me that owner will call me and now they are not even agreeing above anything. Those 3 employee girls in the store are very rude and one of them told do whatever you want to do. Wrooooooooosttttttttttttttt Experience evere.
Very bed customer service.. All people very rudely behaviour…
Bad experience very poor customer service. Food was so pathetic. No sauce and dry sub. And also they have did mistake with our order ingredients. After seeing that they denied to give us a refund or exchange for the food. Never visit again and it was health concern too.
Supposed to be 0 stars, but unfortunately there’s no option for that – so 1 star it is. Extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. I was promised a refund, but when I followed up, they completely denied ever saying it. The girl on the phone was shockingly rude and dismissive — absolutely no sense of customer respect.
