My friend and I came in to get lunch today (September 10, around 3pm), and we had a coupon that said, “Buy a Footlong and a 20 oz drink and get a 6” for free.” We ordered one Meatball Marinara Footlong, one 6” Teriyaki Crunch, and one 20 oz drink. We showed the coupon through the app, but the woman serving us said that the offer was only available with a paper coupon. We actually had the same coupon in paper form, so we gave it to her. I usually take the subway from here on Sunday evenings, but this time was terrible. The subway I got was Nashville hot chicken, and I found a hair in it! That’s disgusting. Employees should be more hygienic.
