Amazing service! Had an issue with an order I placed on the app and store was very quick and helpful to amend the problem. Never had a bad experience at this Subway!
Earlier this morning, I was served by this lovely girl named Maddie and she did an amazing job at making my sandwich swiftly. Her service was fantastic and I definitely will come more often.
I was there during a lunch time rush, 2 customers in front of me and another 3 behind me. 2 of the older staff left the young girl to handle the place on her own ( she did a great job btw) while they both went out for a cigarette. The customers behind me were as appalled as I was.
Kerrie did a sloppy job making my sub was very stingy with my toppings, she seemed very condescending it made me very uncomfortable.
Came in with minimum around 80 students for a field trip, two workers were on and first left nicole by herself when she saw everybody come in. Nicole appears to be underage, being left without a senior. The till was down, and manager refused to help nicole. she did an excellent job at managing the service whilst remaining lovely and bright, whilst balancing every other job. disgusting on managements behalf, but absolutely hats off to nicole’s amazing multi tasking skill.
