October 15th 9:45pm I did not catch the guys name but his entire staff either no called no showed or walked out on him you are honestly lucky to have this guy I would've walked out on you and said screw your profits and screw you. Dude needs a raise and a vacation.
I did a online order & accidentally added mayo. So I quickly called the store to make sure they wouldn't add it & the guy was extremely rude. So my order was suppose to be ready at 440 so I was there 15mis early & they new guy was even more rude about my request to not add mayo. He got loud & was debating with me about my order. And my order still was prepared until 457. Awful customer service & slow.
Service are not good. We are vegetarian and we just ask them to change gloves bcz they touched meat but they didn’t change and got attitude.
Chyane was amazing, she gave great positivity and cleanliness at this Subway location. She made a beautiful piece of art of a sandwich!!! Thank you Subway, we need more Chyanes!!!!
