I have ordered here multiple times since I work so close and the bread is ALWAYS hard and stale. I have never been a big subway fan but the other location In Cotswold is a night and day difference.
The Mexican lady making my sub for two days acted like she had a problem with me on how I order my sub, as in rolling her eyes and giving me a ugly look. She really made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The second day I went back with a coupon and the same lady gave me more attitude like she didn't like the way I was ordering my sub. And when went to check out, they have a scanner to scan coupons and then they proceeded to tell me that they don't take coupons. The food was served cold, flies everywhere, and the employees were not the friendliest
I will say I placed an online order while in the store during a slow time so I was able to show them how to make them to our liking since we ordered just veggie sandwiches and I don’t usually order from here so wanted to make sure we got it right. When I asked for more olives or less peppers etc they told me when I make the order online that’s how it should be made, which I thought was a little bit silly esp since I am the one eating it and I wanted more olives and had put that on the order.
