the employees are super nice, especially the one in a red shirt with glasses, the recent review seems exagerated since they never acted like this every time i went there.
When we walked in we heard them from outside scream “EUHHHH” and the whole time I was making eating my meal the 2 boys were not just talking loud but screaming in the back and we could hear they’re whole conversation. And when I just let them know how I heard there whole conversation and maybe for future clients to maybe not talk so loud , they said ok and laughed in my face and didn’t even say have a good night they just turned around and went to laugh to they’re friend/coworker about what I said infront of my face. We came in with a large group (20+) and the manager (Melody?) and her staff including (Grayson?) were AMAZING. They provided excellent service and excellent sandwiches. Some in the group said it was the best Subway sandwich they'd had in years! I hope management recognizes their efforts.
