Food was all over the counters, and customer service was bad!!!
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this Subway location on Abigail at the iga, especially with DoorDash orders. Each time I order, the sandwiches are not made according to the instructions and often seem incomplete or rushed, with missing ingredients and incorrect preparation. I also tried calling the store for clarification and reassurance, but the phone line does not appear to be properly set up, which makes it difficult to reach anyone. A great option for a quick bite, especially when waiting for service to be completed in the Wal-Mart Automotive Center at the rear of the store.
