Staff is so rude and grumpy.
Luke, the man who served me listened to exactly what I wanted and got it perfect even though him and his counterpart Connor were busy with orders. I like my sub very specific and he did it perfectly. 10/10
Put some hairnets on, greet your customers and maybe smile once. All staff are like the living dead
The employee was absolutely disgraceful. I accidentally said the wrong salad, and he cursed at me and then purposely put the vegetables I didn’t want into my food. He also added so much salt that the meal was completely inedible. The behaviour from Deshawn was shocking, and don’t even get me started on the swearing. When he messed up my sub, he actually raised his voice at me instead of fixing the mistake properly. Very disappointed with the service.
Wrong order twice. First order I got the same thing twice. Took one back to only realise there’s no meat in the other. Terrible experience won’t be going back.
