Saved my night after a shocking experience in the West Wallsend franchise, very kind friendly service on the night of 30/3/25
Well.. food is fine but one of the staff members who seemed to have some authority so potentially the manager was incredibly terrible at customer interaction. There was no smile, no manners and even a really rude response to a man who asked for falafel after she already put the cheese on his sandwich. Made me feel like I needed to run out of there and I could tell the other customers were unhappy also. The other staff members in the green uniforms were lovely. Very rude customer service, felt discriminated, will write a whole report of the incident and might sue for being rude to me infront of 10 people without listening to what i had to say, The tall girl in black shirt was extremely rude and disrespectful, may be because of my ethnicity.
Racism here. Obseving them while im dining in. They dont greet you or even smile at you if you’re an asian.
