I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a building of employees who hate their jobs this much. A little customer service goes a long way. I’m not asking for much, just a small smile. Every employee spoke in a monotone voice, looking like they would rather jump of a high cliff into shark ingested waters rather than talk to me. The lady making my sandwich was wearing AirPods too, which I know are noise cancelling even when paused. Big red flag. Today was my very 1st time visiting this Subway venue and the Cashier Service was friendly to me, I had the Seafood Sensation on Italian Herbs and Cheese 6 inch Sub for Lunch there and it was delicious, the venue looked very brand new looking like it has been renovated into a new store.
Had to tell them to put salad across two sides, ask them to change their gloves and this is what I open up
Customer service is horrible. He is not in the work mood and did not wrap sub with manners. Also needs to wash the knife after single use or sanitizer properly doing cross contamination and unhygienic. Never go back to this place. Needs to hire a responsible and mature staff.
My brother got the vomiting bug 🤮 from eating ham?! No even chicken. Please be careful at subway Beresfield, not sanitary.
