What a joke. Where do subway Thornton get the hide to charge $15 for a foot long with just chicken no salad. I'm done with them and their food. You can stuff it
Would recommend travelling to east Maitland as Thornton has hit rock bottom. Always expect to have an awful customer service experience at Subway Thornton. No smiles or even saying “what you want” just get spared at to give them my order. Subway was tossed around and slammed onto the counter once finished was not wrapped properly, sauce dripping out of wrapper got given no napkins. This store consistently disappoints compared to other subway stores. Over my visits recently the past few months I’ve had dry stale bread, burnt subs, dry salad and other stale ingredients. I’ve also found that most of my subs have just been carelessly chucked together and the ingredients are half falling out when I go to eat my sub. I buy from this subway sometimes as it’s my local subway but no more. Ordered a 12 inch Sub, but I got a sandwich instead. How am I supposed to listen to doof food music in my car with a sandwich. But at least the sandwich was good, got to give that 9/10. But I was still disappointed that I didn't get a 12 inch Sub😞
I’m all for the young ones getting into the work force but the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. There were 2 people in front of me and I waited 15 minutes to get served, once i got served it was another 10 minutes to get the food made. Once I got home I realised the food was burnt and just threw it in the bin. Waste of time and money
