Horrible. Bread is always hard and dry. Bad customer service. Staff is always rude. Highly recommend not using any subway in Georgetown. They are all the same. Garbage!!

The staff was so helpful with helping me put together a huge lunch order for 142 people including many dietary requirements and preferences. The process - ordering, paying, and picking up was made so easy. Thank you!!
Had a really good experience today. The sandwich was fresh, well made, and everything tasted great. Anu was friendly and made the order exactly how I asked without rushing. Overall, quick service and a great meal. Will definitely be back!
