I ordered online at 11:40 and got there at 12:20 as instructed by the app, I didn’t get my food until 1:17.
The lady making sandwiches had a long ponytail hanging in her front instead of behind her back with zero hair net or a hat. Her hair was dangling all over the customers food as she was preparing them and into the veggies. I told her I want trying to be rude but she should definitely have a hair net on. Her reply was that her hair was very long and there wasn't much she could do. Except she could very easily put a hat on or wear her ponytail to the back. Food great, service extremely slow, tables and floor dirty
We came in to have lunch. Ordering 2 of the Meal of the day..12 inch sandwiches, the young lady really short changed the Turkey on both sandwiches. I watched her put 4 slices of cheese on 1 sandwich and 3slices of cheese on the other. My husband told me that if the next time we go in for lunch, we will not order anything if she is working. Maybe she is new to the job, but someone needs to train her properly.
