Dear Subway Mudgee Management, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service and unacceptable experience I received during my visit to your Mudgee store today. I placed a group order at 10:30 AM for a 12:30 PM pick-up, assuming that two hours would be more than sufficient time for the order to be prepared. Ordered a meal, made the meal with salads that were not asked for. Then part of the order was not delivered I called subway & was asked what I wanted them to do about it. I then asked for them to deliver it. Was told that would only give a refund & blamed there coworkers.
Surly staff (male) member who stopped part way through my sandwich to serve young blond lady after me. When asked about the advertised sauce I was told not available any longer, but there was a prominent poster advertising this sauce. Rude reply to a polite enquire. W bother eating here again.
Doesn’t look like a wrap to me. Girl at the counter told me that they don’t grill it but had to convince her that’s it’s grilled wrap so please grill the wrap or sandwich or whatever it looks like.
