I went with my family at 4pm to get some subs. The girl at the front was so pissed and was very very rude. Even she was screaming on her colleague. I think her name was Tanzeena. Girl we are not getting food for free. Why to get so rude with the customers. I will make sure to complaint against her to head office.
Order a classic sub, and explain to the server every ingredient he should include. He offered me a large sub and continued to fill it with small sub quantities, so I had to keep asking for more. Then grilled please add that was the first request. No idea of his job, maybe not trained but couldn't care and personality of a brick. It's subway, it sells itself yet they managed to make a complete mess of it. Lucky just visiting😑
My grand daughter was bitten by a bee so as we went to Subway to get some lunch we asked could we have a cup so we could get some ice to put on her hand the lady serving said no we had to buy a drink to get one we had a l ready spent $60 on food and drinks for our lunch and we couldn't even get a cup with some ice it. Also our food was just slapped together.
Try ordering via the app! No more waiting in line, and it is still customised to your liking :-) Fantastic food, made way more efficient if you are pressed for time :-)
