I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was disappointing. We checked the store timings and came to Subway during our break, standing in line for about 10 minutes. When we finally near to the counter, the staff member told us she couldn’t take our order because the last order time was 6:45 PM. Fyi, they do not accept coupons! The fine print, on the coupon, does states at ‘participating restaurants only’.
I went to this subway and ordered footlong sub during closing time. Cashier who made the subway didn’t made it properly may be she was new .don’t know the reason .It was complete wastage of money. Sauce was just added in middle . It feels like I am eating just bread with few old veggies.
I’m a regular customer and usually love coming to this place, always fresh and the staff has been great. But today was disappointing the new guy at the counter seemed annoyed from the start, barely spoke, and acted like I was bothering him just by placing an order. It completely ruined the experience. Hope management addresses this, because I’d hate to stop coming here over one rude employee
I’m really disappointed with my recent Subway order via online delivery. I ordered cookies as an add-on and I was charged for them but they were never included in my order. But that was the least concerning thing as while eating my sub, I bit down on something so hard that I genuinely thought I had chipped a tooth. I immediately stopped and pulled out a couple of small, rock-hard pieces that were white but definitely not teeth (see photo attached).
