This is the worst subway I’ve been to. They mark the food ready in the app and it’s not even been touched.
Disappointing experience since they did not update their foot-long price from $7 to $11. Pointed it out to the employees, but they didn’t care. Hopefully they fixed this issue. Otherwise, food and portions are fine here, esp compared to other subways around CLT.
I received the worst service today at 2 pm! I experienced racism and ultimately decided not to buy anything. The people serving me kept talking. In the end, I can say it was terrible service
Went to pick up an order and was told they don't have cold cut for my sandwiches. Asked if they could sub for something else, "not for that price". Asked for a refund, "do it through the app", not an option avaliable for that. Girl just put some meat on the bread and fix the problem. Will not be returning.
