Went to pick up an order and was told they don't have cold cut for my sandwiches. Asked if they could sub for something else, "not for that price". Asked for a refund, "do it through the app", not an option avaliable for that. Girl just put some meat on the bread and fix the problem. Will not be returning.
Terrible. Went in the middle of a Wednesday to pick up an online order. 15 min after placing order I arrive and the ticket has not even been taken off the printer. They’re out of literally everything needed to make the sub I ordered (they have no type of chicken at all, or the cheese). And everything to make the sub I’d order next (no meatballs). Staff apathetic and unapologetic. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent customer service! Did an online order through the website. A young lady from Subway called to advise me what I ordered they no longer sold. She wanted to make sure my order was complete to my liking! I don’t know your name, but thank you for making sure my order needs were met!
As I was checking out my food yesterday, the cashier stated that she had to go to the bathroom and then so somebody else took over, but she proceeded to blow her nose in the front with the food, the cash register, and all the items that are supposed to be sanitary Plus she was in Plain-view of me behind the cash register blowing her nose.
