Very disappointing experience. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes, only to be told by the employee that he was the only person working and had to prioritize online orders over customers who were physically in the store. He even suggested that I place my order online instead of ordering at the counter. I understand being short-staffed, and I don’t blame the employee, but this is a management issue. The customer service here is just top notch, and the care they put into food safety is phenomenal!
Nice employees. Great food
Not sure what her name is but shes an older pregnant lady , very rude . I understand working while pregnant and older is difficult but if you are going to be rude how about dont work ! I will say give her the attitude right back and then shes sort of nice. If you want friendly service do not come to this Subway.
