I had a great experience at Subway. The lady taking and making my order was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly, polite, and made my order exactly the way I wanted it. You could tell she was putting in the effort to make sure everything was done right, and the service really stood out. The store could have been picked up and cleaned a little better, but it honestly looked like she may have been the only person working at the time. This was a horrible and discriminatory experience. I cannot eat wheat (will trigger a debilitating illness) and asked to have my sandwich toppings just placed on the paper for me to eat. The employee's tone was one of me ruining their day. They said they won't do that, I'll have to order a salad. I attempted to ask about salad prices as there was no price on the board and they were so incredibly rude about it. They charged me $6 but only gave me the same amount of veggies that would be on the $4 six inch sandwich. It didn't ... read more

I put in an online order at 7:00 pm. the employee proceeded to leave for 30 minutes, to the come back at 7:25, help the other customers first, then make my sandwich. I worked at Subway it ain't hard.
