I was informed by employee that a restroom is not available. Odd for a restaurant with seating to not have a restroom available. Other Subways do.
Pretty sure restaurants are required to provide a restroom for customers. These guys are saying their bathroom is for employees only.
The only subway in the world that won’t let you use there bathroom to wash your hands please don’t go there.
Really weird terrible customer service experience. Woman working there was super rude and strange, I think she had some sort of problems or mania or something. Needed to use the bathroom and she gave cryptic replies about me not using the restroom saying it wasnt public even though I was a customer and it wasn't an employee bathroom. Came to order breakfast but had to pee and she wouldnt let me so i offered to order first and she still said no.
