While at the store prior to opening, I observed a staff member preparing food items while actively vaping in close proximity to the food preparation area. This raised immediate concerns for me around hygiene, food safety, and adherence to appropriate workplace standards.

Young staff are very rude, they need to realise that they are in a customer service role! I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly lady, when she passed me on to the 2 young girls it went downhill from there. It wasn’t busy at all so there was no need to just throw the order together so roughly and then be rude about it.
In the last six months this store has really gone downhill. The afternoon and night staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming — you can be waiting ages just to be acknowledged, let alone served. There’s no friendliness at all, and it feels like customers are an inconvenience to them. On top of that, they don’t even seem to know their own menu. For example, Meatball Mozza Pot is supposed to come with the correct number of meatballs 6 (as per the app), but I’ve been given only four sometimes 5 for $4.50. That’s not okay and ... read more
