Worker was arrogant NO food supervision certificate shown when asked the staff member if they had a food handlers screamed that she had been there 5 years worker than proceeded to cross contaminate my food so I just left, this has been an increase of food outlets in the townsville area NOT having the appropriate level of food handling skills
While at the store prior to opening, I observed a staff member preparing food items while actively vaping in close proximity to the food preparation area. This raised immediate concerns for me around hygiene, food safety, and adherence to appropriate workplace standards.
Loved Zara, give that girl a raise!
Young staff are very rude, they need to realise that they are in a customer service role! I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly lady, when she passed me on to the 2 young girls it went downhill from there. It wasn’t busy at all so there was no need to just throw the order together so roughly and then be rude about it.
