My family and I have been here 4 times now since we moved close by. We have always had a great experience! First off, this is BY FAR the cleanest subway I have ever seen! They keep the food prep area pristine, and the tables clean. The man that always helps us is extremely kind. I don’t understand the negative reviews, they have never skimped on meat and the veggies are super fresh. We will continue to be regulars!
This location needs to be restructured in a way that it does not inconvenience the customers that try to support it. Allowing customers to place orders after the business is closed, but the online the time that it closes was confirmed by the business 9 weeks ago. The management team does nothing to try to compensate the guests outside of saying, “you’ll get a refund, sorry.” Every time I visit this location there is an issue with the overall service and lack of empathy.
Very Racist and Rude. They cheat you out of meat. Then when I said hey isn't it supposed to be this amount. The lady threw my other order, talking mess, then run and throws a order card to me yelling I felt assaulted!!! The male had to calm her down. Then when I called my husband he said we can cancel it and you can go. My husband said if you are going to be rude cancel it. Then now he said oh no we can't cancel it. DONT EAT HERE!!!
