On April 8, 2025, I ordered a tuna sub on multi grain bread. Bread was stale and had hardened on one end. I ordered chips and drink. There was no unsweetened ice tea. I inquired why and was told no one gets it and it just goes to waste. Some people need unsweet tea for a reason and it should be available to customers. I recently had a disappointing experience at a subway sandwich shop. The new employee dropped food items on the ground while preparing my order. What concerned me most was that he did not change his gloves after handling the fallen food. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable in a food service environment.
