It was only 8:30pm, they close at 10pm. They said they wouldn't make a batch of cookies because it was after 8? Is this a policy? I wanted a dozen..its not like I wanted 1.
Food was average, not spectacular. Had a problem with the bathrooms. It’s like solving an escape room trying to get into it.
Great food and service
This location could stand to balance in person orders with mobile orders. It’s not worth it to watch them start and finish four complex sandwiches (for mobile orders) when you’re the first person in line and ordering a simple sandwich. I brought this up to the staff, but while they were polite they weren’t helpful.
