Owner, don't you train your employees? Please check the CCTV footage around 9:45 AM today. I entered the store and a staff member clearly saw me, but she didn't acknowledge me or offer assistance—she simply walked away and went inside. I stood there and waited for about a minute or two. Amelia was so polite and helpful! Incredible customer service skills and food was made fast and well
Good work Chelsea! Took 15 minutes to make a footlong subway, lacked understanding and hardly put in any effort to the order, minimal vegetables inside and an unbelievably poor attitude as a bonus
