I placed an order online for pick up with another order of a co worker. When my coworker brought our order back, my sandwich was not made correctly. My sub missing ingredients that are standard for the sub I chose and added others I really didn't want. I tried to call the store multiple times but no one answered. My past experiences with this store have been good but I ordered in person. I will not order here, at least for a while, and definitely will not order online for this location.

Walked in and the employees were cussing at each other back and forth. They apologized to me and said "I'm sorry Sir" but still continued to talk and act this way. My sub was paused on being made multiple times so the guy could scream across the room to bicker at another employee. Maybe the worst Subway in Roanoke, won't be going back.
