HORRIBLE customer service. The manager needs to be checked. Came in to purchase 2 sandwiches. He finished and wrapped 1 and was finishing up second sandwich when I told him I didn’t say I wanted green peppers. placed order at 8:19PM realized the app pre selected the wrong store called at 8:22PM Subway can't even make a normal sandwich in 3 minutes in front of me and lord knows there employees aren't kicking it in overdrive to get that done But apparently my order was already done!! I don’t think anyone in there spoke English then they’re letting people that don’t have money run in and out and get money or phone or whatever and you got 30 minutes for lunch then they just jump right in front of you back in line and your food sitting there ready and the girl on the cash register can’t keep up Everything was fresh no iced tea. I will not come back. I don’t speak Spanish. I can’t understand what they’re saying it took me four times to realize she was saying toast come on man so yeah, that makes sense.
Soon as they saw my coupon I was shot down❗️Telling me they do not take coupons at this location. I am writing this at 10:22 pm on Monday August 11 2025..... Absolutely rude and unprofessional
