This messed up my order and refused to remake it. The manger wasn’t any better than the employees. Don’t waste your time at this subway.
The food is always fresh, and the staff is friendly and works hard. While I don't think everything has improved under the new ownership, the management team on the floor does an outstanding job despite the challenges. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers, support their team, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. They deserve a lot of credit for creating a positive experience.
