Chicken quantity is very less, and within 2 minutes I see my sub it's cold
Overall service was excellent. My issue is with the current wraps at Subway. Please stop with this tortilla wrap; they get hard and crack, especially after toasting. Get back to the spinach wraps and the soft bread. Change the source, and return to the original that defined you.
Guy was happy to say register was down and when somebody broke system back up was pissed that he had to work again, wasn’t helpful at all
2 employees whom waited on us did great though one of them was in training. 5-6 people inline while manager made her own food. Sat in dining area with bf/husband/friend (not sure) and ate while the 2 gentlemen (1 of which was being trained) did the best they can to keep up. As a former subway manager, I am appalled that the manager left them to do ALL the work during busy dinner hour.
