Owner was there working Friday night, and was proud of all the work her and her husband did for the remodel. I told her I appreciated them taking all the coupons and rapidly making many large online orders for our family of 7. We walk over and have sandwiches all the time. No problems with lack of toppings or anything; great sandwich.
Ordered double meat. Given half empty sandwich with hardly any meat, tons of sauce, and no cheese for my DoorDash order. If you do not want to do 3rd Party Delivery anymore, just Dont. Stop Punishing your Local Customers to try and make some sort of passive-aggressive point to another company. This was the first time I doordashed this place, because my schedule did not allow me to come in like usual...and now Im not coming back.
Apparently this is their formula- to give you a bread sandwich. This was my Uber eats order and how it arrived. I call and they state about their formula being as pictured above, don’t resolve the issue, and tell me to come in to get more veggies. See the thing is I usually go to this store because the one in Lockport serves sandwiches like the pictures I posted but apparently this store is following suit.
