Probably my worst experience at this location. Server #2526, a short heavy-set Hispanic male. He has a bad attitude as a server. He threw my chips on the counter at me so hard, then didn’t put them in the bag. He loads my sandwich with banana peppers then got an attitude because I told him to remove some and the reddened ones. He shows little patience, and very little reasoning skills when given simple directions. The sandwich was decent, but his customer service was trash.
They didn’t toast one of the subs, they missed a lot of ingredients on both orders, bread was hard. If only I can give a 0 star, broooo
I visited this Subway and was really disappointed with the service. The worker was extremely slow and didn’t seem to care about the customers or try to do the job with any enthusiasm. It took a long time just to make a simple order, and there was no sense
Joe has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this subway, gave me the hardest time to just dress my sandwich the way I wanted. Also I had cash but realized I had my ebt card he then proceeded to say I needed to pay first if I had an ebt car? When has that ever been a rule ! I’m so upset and would never come back here even if I had cash. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED
