Good customer service for manager
Wow. What a horrible experience. Only 1 worker on the line and for some reason everyone HAS to order using the digital kiosk when you walk in. It took my mom and I 30 minutes to get our sandwiches because the one worker had to keep stopping to defer all the customers to the kiosk as they walked in. Then, he was stopped to explain the kiosk to an elderly woman and to unlock the bathroom for someone.
