Are unable to put certain items on a sandwich. Never order online again. Gonna have to stand there in person to make sure they don’t mess it up.
Staff wasn't rude but it was clear they didn't want to be working and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. Extremely stingy with the protein – they spread only two tiny scoops of seafood over an entire footlong, leaving most of the sandwich bare. The place was clean and quiet but I would never return here.
The store is using non franchise approved ingredients. My meatballs are the completely wrong flavour and so watery it made my sub soggy and fall apart (I am eating in store, so it got soggy quick) I asked for a refund and they refused, only offering to replace the sub which doesn't help as the ingredients are trash tier. The restaurant is dirty and needs a new coat of paint and the local area is covered in graffiti. I'm a little worried my car will get broken into while I eat. Do not recommend you eat here.
