Called to get the cost of a party tray. Waited and waited and then hung up. Happened to be in the parking lot so I walked in. Still couldn't help me. Bottom line ,no answer. Left to find a party tray somewhere else.
very first time at this location. Staff was friendly and in the middle of making my order. I waited to eat when I got home, but when I did, oh my goodness! Made perfectly! This may be my new location
Jennifer and the male working tonight were rude. My friend that went with has very strict dietary restrictions and the male didn't like that she ordered her sandwich toasted without cheese. And Jennifer sighed every time I talked. It wasn't my usual experience at this location... if I didn't live close to this location I wouldn't return
This is one of the worst subways that I've ever seen and it used to be the best in town. When you get a good crew leave the crew alone and don't move them to other locations. This location was great when Shannon was here.
The guy looked like he was high on something clearly couldn’t hear we said no lettuce and he still puts lettuce on the sandwich I say louder we asked for no lettuce and he’s like oh sorry left the lettuce on there still we didn’t get our sandwich toasted but with how old / hard the bread already was we should have. Had to come home and put everything in a bowl and throw away the bread it was way too hard to eat. Will not being back it’s sad how employees can cause all this cause I always go to this one but not after today
