My boyfriend and I decided to walk down to the subway on king street as it was a nice night- when we got there the lights were still on and the door wasn’t locked- there was still an hour and half left before closing. The lady was mopping the floor but wouldn’t let us in because of it. She told us to wait outside for 10 minutes until the floor was dry. All was good, except if you ask for extra toppings.. they can’t give them.. I asked for a lot of pickles on my sub. Pickles were sparsely put on, so I asked for another handful and he said they can only put 12 pickle slices on a foot long, per their policies. That’s not even what I would consider a regular amount, that’s barely any. Sounds like stingy management at this location. I get having standard amounts, but if a customer asks for extra topping, it should be given. Shame to lose a customer over a few cents in pickles. ... read more

I recently placed a large catering order and everything went so well! Ordering online was super easy, they were happy to accomodate for some dietary restrictions and super cheerful when I spoke to them on the phone. At pick up time, they were polite and efficient and the location was pristine. My group was very pleased with the order and I will absolutely be ordering again!
