I have lost count of how many times my delivery order with clear order instructions comes but not what I requested. I have a child who eats very few things. It's not a matter of taking the veggies off but the sauce isn't easy to clean off. The smell remains which ruins the snackwich for her. So, not only is she disappointed, I've lost money. The staff can't wait to get out of there every night. If I was the owner I would be sour at the lost business because they start doing the closing routine at least an hour before closing. For instance they had the toaster and grill for wraps etc shut off 50 minutes before closing so unless you want cold sub with only cold cuts, no bacon or other meats except Deli.
