The staff can't wait to get out of there every night. If I was the owner I would be sour at the lost business because they start doing the closing routine at least an hour before closing. For instance they had the toaster and grill for wraps etc shut off 50 minutes before closing so unless you want cold sub with only cold cuts, no bacon or other meats except Deli.
