Charles kept talking to me in French, he didn’t know what a kids meal was so he made a foot long and got mad when I asked if the kids meal is a footlong. Kept interrupting me to talk to his co worker while I was ordering a sandwich, kept asking my partner what he wanted on his sandwich when he ordered a number one with everything on it, didn’t charge us for a combo just added on the sides and didn’t give us our cookies. Really weird experience.

The tomatoes were rotten, the food sucked and the meat wasn’t ready or hot.
Hannah was working all by herself and had a busy store . She did as good as she could and she is appreciated. Also this store needs to hire more people.
Horrible service! I waited for exactly 10 minutes and the 3 employees there completely ignored me the whole time. One of them was counting the register, the other one was making a sandwich probably for a pick up order as there no other customers in the store, and a lady who looked like the manager was literally on her phone the entire time. Ive been going to subway my whole life and never seen anything like this.
