My boyfriend and I mobile ordered our lunch, since he gets off work at 1230 and I have lunch break starting at 1230. He placed the order at 12:15 for pick up at 12:30. I got to subway at 12:45 and food still was not ready. Bf asked about it, and they said it was in progress. It's gone downhill, just like everything else at Lakeside plaza. I'd add a picture of the one scoop of tuna on my 6 inch tuna sub, but the option is no longer available.
Lady accidentally put tomato and lettuce on my Philly steak sub, I noticed that isn’t what I wanted and she looked at me all bug eyed and confused. I let her know I didn’t want it and then she stares at me as if I’m an inconvenience. Now I am eating a steak sub with lettuce and tomato on it. Workers looked miserable.
