This was hands down the most appalling service I’ve ever received. The staff member in charge was outright rude and disrespectful for no reason, despite me being completely polite. Her behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. What’s worse is she was perfectly pleasant to other customers but treated me with clear hostility. The double standard was obvious and felt discriminatory. Management needs to address this immediately. Absolutely disgraceful!!
The girl working was extremely rude & very judgy, the food was average. 1/5, go here if you wanna feel horrible.
I was just abused by a staff member at the Marulan North subway store. The staff Member was so rude, called me a smartass and told me to get lost. I ended up with no food and no refund. This was all done in front of the younger employee and other customers.
Would prefer to give a 0 star. We went to subway to have lunch on Sunday 28th December. We asked for a gluten free wrap and the girl at front said they don't have a gluten free wrap. She was so rude after when asked for a bowl of salad, she just blatantly accused my husband of being rude and asked him to leave the store else none of us would be served food. Extremely rude staff, simple request to microwave the sandwich instead of their default toast. Was rudely and bluntly told no. I eat subway regularly all over and while I might get a strange look I've never had someone say no then double down and say they don't do it , It wasn't broken.. sitting right next to the toaster. I don't like the sandwich crispy just heated.
