Greyson was so polite and well spoken in assisting me with my order. I complimented him too and he received it with a smile. My sub sandwich was perfectly made well. Not sloppy but neatly dressed. Thanks. Will be back.
Tristian was great! Very kind and patient.
Assistant Manager called me and argued with me and said I was wrong then hung up on me!! As a truck driver, I order 2 footlongs every week for meals in my truck. In the order I DO NOT select sauce and when the app used to let you put instructions I always put in capital letters NO SAUCE .. I can't stand the sauces and for meal prep for a week the sandwich is soggy mess! I have tried speaking with them, but their phone isn't working anymore! I hope the manager or franchise owner sees this and contacts me!
