If you own this store you need to get new staff. The girls had a full conversation about their weekend while we stood for 20 minutes for 3 subs.
The negative reviews don't lie. This place is dirty and the old woman here is beyond unfriendly and really should find a better job if she's that unhappy. Never again!
Dirty store and service slower than molasses on a winter day. I was greeted rudely by the older woman working the counter, "How many sandwiches are you getting?" Inflated prices and wages have resulted in POOR customer service across the board at so many businesses. Sad. I'll pack my own lunch next time I'm in town and save the headache. I like their variety of choices to put on a sandwich.
No one answers the phones here. I placed an order for the wrong location and immediately called to cancel. I've been calling for nearly 20 minutes now and haven't been able to speak to anyone. Edit: Nearing an hour of attempting to reach this location... Subway needs to seriously consider adding a function to cancel orders in the application.
