The girl working today around 11 am tattoos, superrrr cool. Made both sandwiches on point and was super patient.
On May 14, (My youngest son's 19th birthday) I ordered a 6 inch cold cut combo sandwich. Now I didn't realize until I placed the online order that I had left my credit card at home.i have ordered from this location several times recently and when I got my sandwich; it was the worst sandwich I have ever seen from anywhere. I was tryna get a meatball sub and I said said little to no sauce on it I come back from using the restroom there was my sandwich with a puddle of marinara sauce on it. What pissed me off the most is the worker saying he can’t take the sauce off which isn’t true they have done it before mad my sand which with little to no sauce. I wish if he didn’t want to do it just say that but instead I left with a $9 sandwich I can’t eat.
Ordered online and sandwiches were made with least amount of toppings possible. Absolutely pitiful especially considering the increased cost. Unless you are there watching to hold the employees hand and keep them accountable, you are shorted across the board. This is how you loose repeat customers. Repeat customers are how restaurants survive, apparently the managers and employees forgot that.
great food they make the bread really well at this location. i have come here for a few years of the employees are nice up until recently when a new manager was put in, Zaida gave great service but her male co worker seemed a bit behind, new manager is also questionable but great service from the OG team !
