They Doctored my termination paperwork to make the fire seem legal. Sadly its in Arizona, The original copy has no notes on it and states I was fired because the "new manager" doesnt like me. Their doctored one has detail so HR doesnt ask questions. Bad service from asst manager in training for manager. Sandwiches were burnt. Too hard to eat. This location is trash. Use to love coming here. Sadly, they can’t find good employees. Hope a better sandwich store opens so I can promote them and help others not buy at subway. They don’t care about customer service.
I ordered online Bogo, Online the system said No Olive No Provolone cheese. In the store they had both. I asked Sébastien who was very helpful and corrected my order as those would be my preference cheese and olives. While he was correcting my order Trinity? I guess the lead there was in the dining room eating PIZZA with a freind. She came behind the counter to ask what the problem was.
