Bad service from asst manager in training for manager. Sandwiches were burnt. Too hard to eat. This location is trash. Use to love coming here. Sadly, they can’t find good employees. Hope a better sandwich store opens so I can promote them and help others not buy at subway. They don’t care about customer service.
I ordered online Bogo, Online the system said No Olive No Provolone cheese. In the store they had both. I asked Sébastien who was very helpful and corrected my order as those would be my preference cheese and olives. While he was correcting my order Trinity? I guess the lead there was in the dining room eating PIZZA with a freind. She came behind the counter to ask what the problem was. Way too much money for bread. Subway has gotten very greedy. With the prices they charge I hope the employees are making over 20 an hour. 16 dollars for a foot long sub. Gross.... Way over priced bread. Nobody wants a bread sandwich..
Jonathon the assistant manager had amazing customer service so much so I felt the need to leave him a review. Such a kind soul, subway is lucky to have him :)
Subway's got really good sandwiches but they're a long way from the $5 footlongs now to the point where they're not worth the money anymore they are much better sandwiches out there for the price
