Ordered ahead (cold cut combo on Italian, bag of chips and fountain drink) along with paying an extra dollar for the happy Gilmore cup. Bread was super hard, there is NOT a fountain drink dispenser. Asked if I can get a refund since I purchased the MEAL since they can’t provide it. Was told no. Contacted customer service for a full refund since the whole meal was trash and half the meal could not even be fulfilled. No one contacted me back and then got an email saying the “case was closed” which it was not.
Going downhill real fast
The closing crew is awesome!! They made my night!! Very kind. Great service. Store was very clean and inviting! Their cookies were fresh and so good!!
I didn't catch her name, but the girl with the rainbow glasses was so nice and energetic!!! We would come back just to talk with her again!
