Will not go back to subway. Took my money and will not refund for order I did not get. Cannot communicate with customers.
I usually don't have anything to say good when it comes down to subway but this subway definitely changes the narrative the subway worker who is female when approaching her I was sure it was going to be a bad customer service situation she had on shades and her face wasn't pleasant but when she started preparing our sandwiches the level of professionalism that was displayed was top tier she was definitely the true phase of don't judge a book but it's cover. Rude. Never say hello or ask your order. These people just stand there and stare at you. When I asked to use my $2 off reward I was told I can’t. For the second time at this same location. Chose not to purchase my sandwich and was told “don’t come back here”…as if I needed any more confirmation outside of their terrible service. I work at MUSC’s Ashley River tower and wouldn’t go back there if the food were free. Ridiculous to spend half of my lunch break standing in line for nothing.
