I went through the drive thru. After ordering at the kiosk at about 5pm, which was very easy, I pulled forward to the window. I could see an employee sitting on his phone with earphones in, so I honked and knocked on the window. He didn’t respond or move. I waited and honked and knocked for about 10 minutes until finally another employee noticed and ran back. First off amazing subs from Trinity and Elizabeth amazing customer service and very friendly! But their team mate on the other hand rude as hell and picked his friends over customers and also gave a way food without ringing it up! Management needs to chance a few things!

I ordered a foot long veggie delight and what got was bread and cheese with a hilariously dismal amount of veggies and a whisper of dressing. Did they run out of ingredients? I got this through the drive through and I think this is one of those places you need to go into to make sure they give you a normal amount.

They get your order wrong sooo often it's kind of crazy. You can order extra of something and they'll just skip it all together. That happens almost every time we order there.
