My family and I had a really unpleasant experience concerning customer service. We got there at 8:25pm but didn’t get service till 8:40pm. We waited patiently and as the person was taking our order she complained about us getting there late and that we needed to leave at 9pm which was when the store closed. Feel the lovely indifference as the manager contacts you and thanks you for your feedback but offers nothing in return when you let them know about the problem. Come for the ambience of underpaid workers and lackluster service. Stay for the complaints. Subway: Truly a dining experience.
