I tried to place an order online with the app and the site, if youve ever tried that you'll know how horribe that is. It doesn't work. So then I went into the store thinking I could just order what I was going to get online but I was told that they couldn't use my coupon FTL1299 in store. Needless to say that is BS. Get it together subway.... Jesus.
This is the 2nd time now I've gone to this location during their store hours and the door is locked. It probably seems like no big deal to them but it really sucks to go out of your way to grab subway before work and it's closed. Super frustrating

Listen I understand I'm at Subway, the bar is not that high. But the woman working today needed to take a breath. I was the only customer, waited at least 5 minutes while she made several other sandwiches for online orders. Fine I can wait, but when she did get to me, she acted like making my sandwich was the biggest inconvenience. Literally threw vegetables on there and when I asked for something they were out of, yelled at me. I probably should have just left but the sandwich was made at that point and I'm not one to waste... read more
