My husband went to this Subway yesterday and was met with a person ( male ) that was VERY RUDE ‼️My husband was told that this particular Subway is privately owned and that they DO NOT accept coupons that we got in the mail. Interestingly one of the comments from a couple weeks ago somebody gave them a good review and mentioned that they used a coupon.
Ordered online (with a coupon code) with ease and picked up inside. All 3 subs were delicious and accurate. Lobby was clean and service was awesome. They have a drive through which I have never seen at a subway!
The two ladies in particular that work here consistently do not have great customer service. One is more considerate than the other, but I cannot name names because they don’t wear name tags. Most of my experiences at the Subway while ordering food have been met with passive aggressiveness and an eagerness to get you out the door.
