The worker at the counter asked for the name on the order while finishing our subs. Looked us in the eye as they put the subs in one bag, then took them out and put them in ours. I should've checked the order before leaving, because of course they gave us the wrong order. The subs they gave us were also so sloppily made. Bad experience, makes me never want to go back.
If we could give a zero for our experience this evening, we would. The server was hard to understand One of the grinders was asked to be toasted once before adding the turkey and again after adding turkey and cheese it never got toasted at all Felt like it had half the turkey it was supposed to have and there was no extra cheese We had also ordered a meatball grinder that looks like it was made for a child. Subway in Catskill gives you a skinny ass sub compared to the surrounding subways. Barely any chicken on it and I ordered some cookies and they gave me the wrong cookies.
Spent 45$ on two and a half sandwiches.
