Called to cancel my order said there was nothing they could do called back later and they said that they canceled it but I did not receive my refund and still got charged. While talking to me they were nice but they lied about giving me my money back. Terrible experience and all I want is my money back
Sandwiches are pretty much what you expect from a Subway. My complaint is placing an online order, the tracker saying it’s complete just to walk in the store and they haven’t even STARTED it! Waited 20 minutes past the “ready” time(tracker said “ready” at 6:40pm, was actually ready at 7pm) for 2 sandwiches. Several walk ins were done before my order. Fix your online tracking to be CORRECT with where the order is at, even if it goes past the “promise” time.
Please slice the bread and put the ingredients inside the slice, not on the bottom of the bread. No, I’m not kidding.
Absolutely love this place. Food is always delicious Service is fantastic.
The manager, Charlie, was really bad at friendly customer service. She didn't make eye contact, didn't greet us with anything but with "what do you want". She was short with us when we asked for a product they didnt carry. She was bossing the other two employees around as they were busy with other customers and cleaning dining area. Then she yelled at one accusing them of stealing money that she tried to deposit yesterday at the bank all while we were trying to enjoy our food.
