This employee she’s black and big has a NASTY attitude. SHE messed up on my order and she refused to fix it while I stayed calm and nice. She was EXTREMELY rude… She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. The entire time I was nothing but nice to her. I give her customer service skills 0/10 just HORRENDOUS!!!!! Subway FIRE HER this is unacceptable service.
Place is accessible and clean. Very disappointed with the cheesesteak though, the meat was really tasteless. There is not much of an indoor seating and the service is really average, to say the least :(
