They have great customer service skills and are the life of the BX food court. The food is made daily, and always is a treat to interact with their employees.
Terrible service. Lady was not at the counter and sitting at the food court on her phone, occasionally looking at me. Had to ask her if she was open for her to actually move. Had to repeat order multiple times. Then yelled at me for ‘not speaking up’. I wound up yelling my order at her. Did not put ingredients thats in the name of the sandwich I was getting.
