The only reason this place is getting a 5 star is because the one worker Carl is killing it. All by himself. I know he shouldn’t be alone but he is, he doing the best he can to kill the line and do the online ordering. The manager or one of co-workers should be here with him. I hope you get a raise or find better things if possible. Keep up the good work
I’m really saddened by the service, this is my usual subway and today the customer service was completely utterly terrible. The worst thing was when It got to paying, they had a sign that said “buy two footlongs, get one half off after four for happy hour” which I ordered around 4:45. He said he doesn’t know anything about that, but then said he was only told about it yesterday and doesn’t know how to do it. I asked if he could call someone for the 50% off because it’s deceiving to have a sign and then not offer it. Terrible... read more
