waited over 40mins for a pick up order, unacceptable service. Absolutely horrible, missed an hour of my weekend. Dude is working here by himself on his 3rd day. Very bad management.
Ordered online. Progress report indicated our order was ready. Went in to pick it up and it had not even been started yet. Five people in line in store. Only one employee working. Waited way too long for our food. Employee was very helpful but was simply overwhelmed.
