On July 24, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM, I visited this Subway location and purchased a sandwich, chips, and a drink with the intention of dining in. Shortly after sitting down, I saw two live cockroaches crawling on the floor near my table. I asked to speak with the manager, but I was told the manager was not on duty. Charged me for an online order but wouldn’t give me my food, refund, or a number to call to get a refund. The manager wouldn’t help and was completely useless and just suggested I wait a few days and if the charge doesn’t drop he would look into it. I asked how they are going to refund if they can’t find my order and crickets.
the employees who work here recently are amazing they make my subs perfectly every time ! the young man who makes the sandwiches is really nice and the young lady who worked the register was sweet :)
