The place was quiet enough, but kinda dirty. The cashier/sandwich maker was totally unenthusiastic i asked him/her or whatever if they had salads it said yes. Didn't elaborate. I don't usually eat fast food. And I dont trust dirty places but my mom was wanting subway. So I told them I would have the rotisserie chicken and it asked me if I wanted lettuce...well yea that's usually what goes in salad even tho it was brown a bit at mind you 10:45 in the morning, kind of thought it shoulda been fresh. i'm not really sure how this place is open still. they always seem to close 3+ hours early even when their sign says 9. i can understand closing early but not when it's reoccurring and not when they have zero signage stating so. they also seem to run out of multiple ingredients frequently, usually half of their ingredients and almost all of their cheeses. maybe it's poor management but they just don't have anything together. very disappointing to say the least.

The young men working on sandwiches were obviously untrained. Both made horrible messes with both my sandwich and the customer I observed ahead of me. Cut my sandwich into 3 pieces after I specifically told him 4. The young lady who was apparently the manager closed at approximately 4:00 while there were customers there. She put up a hand written sign saying they were closing due to short staff, although there were 4 people working that I saw
Ordered online. App said order was completed. Went to pick it up and it was not even started. They had two people working and they were so behind that walk in customers were leaving before ordering. Then when we opened our sandwiches, they were assembled wrong in half a dozen ways - no mayonaise, olives included that weren’t requested, two avocado orders that were left off (which we paid extra for), etc. $34 for two people for two screwed up meals.
