AC doesn’t work, management is very unwelcoming and doesn’t honor online coupons.
The food quality is poor, and customer service is nonexistent. I got a turkey sandwich, and the turkey tasted foul. I asked to switch it out, and the manager smelled it, tasted a slice, and said it was good, and that it was probably what I added to my sandwich that made it taste off. Did offer to reimburse. Doesn’t help that they are understaffed. Don’t know why I’m surprised.
Took a long time to service me but in there defense there was only one employee working. Get him some help.
